As the colder months approach, we’re already thinking ahead to our busiest and most demanding time of year. Our teams across the business are now working hard to streamline service delivery so we’re fully prepared for the upcoming winter surge period.
With more than 650 engineers working across the UK, our focus is on making sure we’re ready to support customers when they need us most. Unpredictable seasonal patterns and rising demand for urgent repairs make early winter planning essential. Issues such as damp and mould are more than twice as common during winter and boiler and heating system failures spike dramatically as temperatures drop.
To strengthen our network, we recently welcomed three new Supplier Performance Managers: Natalie Newman, Paige Harte and Emma Lazar, with Natalie and Paige progressing from previous roles within the business. They’ll play a key part in managing the seasonal challenges across our network, helping us maintain high standards across our supply chain and ensuring customers receive a dependable and professional service when they need it most.
The entire network team are working closely with our suppliers to ensure we’re geared up to deliver excellent service throughout the winter period.
