Net Zero Week runs from 4th to 10th July 2026, the UK’s official national awareness week for decarbonisation.
UK domestic transport is the country’s largest source of emissions, responsible for 31% of the national total. Within road transport, vans account for around 18% of emissions, behind only cars and HGVs. Every property visit contributes to that 18%.
Most of the Net Zero conversation lands on energy and infrastructure. Property claims rarely feature, even though the same logic applies. Every visit is a van journey. How many a claim needs comes down to our people, their expertise and how well the job is understood before an engineer sets off.
