Digital innovation is preferred: Our winter 2024-25 roundup

As we head towards Q2, let’s reflect on a winter that’s been anything but quiet.

The past few months have marked some major advances in our technology roadmap. From foundational updates to forward-thinking innovations, winter 2024-25 has been one of our most fruitful seasons yet.

  • Launched a self-serve portal for landlords and tenants, reaching 40% engagement in the first month.
  • Expanded of our in-house development team, in line with our commitment to digital-first solutions.
  • Created a data layer from all micro-systems, allowing clients and staff to self-serve MI.
  • Entered testing and integration phase for Axis Parts Centre, for gas parts procurement with key suppliers.
  • Developed and launched a new platform for customers to access boiler installation quotes online across three key manufacturers after BER decisions.
  • Entered testing phase for ABI (Axis Boiler Intelligence) our self-serve diagnostics platform, in partnership with a key supplier.
  • Ongoing development of our online portals, My Preferred / I am Preferred, providing 2-way communication between customers and Engineers via our intuitive self-serve platform.

…and we’re not slowing down. Our ‘commitment to digital’ will continue to be a driving force behind our success throughout 2025 and beyond. With that in mind, we’ll soon be making a very important announcement! More to follow on this shortly.
