We were delighted to welcome NECCA judges Becky Wardlow, Sarah Hunt, Sharon Oley and Julie Mordue to preferred this week.
As finalists in three categories at this year’s North East Contact Centre Awards, the visit gave us the chance to tell our story. We also got some real insight from judges who collectively bring decades of industry experience to the table.
We’re looking forward to meeting more of the NECCA family at the gala dinner and awards ceremony on 12th November.
